Who we are

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no comments, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies, and it does not run any third-party scripts.

Like any website, the service that hosts it receives your IP address and basic request details (such as the page requested and your browser type) when you load a page, and may keep them in short-term access and security logs. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we keep it for as long as it is needed for that purpose.

Our apps

The apps we make are covered by their own privacy policies, which say what each app collects, who it is shared with and how to delete it. The policy for Wren is at wrenbipolar.com/privacy.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and handle our email, and where the law requires it. These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States, with the safeguards required by UK data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@wrenbipolar.com and we will normally answer within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

Where we handle personal information from emails, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
